Barre- Energetic, fun and upbeat Barre class designed to make your muscles shake and feel that satisfying burn!
Bonus Tower exercises add variety and challenge, targeting muscles in all different ways to keep the sessions interesting and engaging!

Why I created HardKore Pilates
I’m a proud mom of two teenage daughters who are passionate about competitive dance and creative movement. It brings me so much joy to share my love for Pilates with them and to watch how it helps them grow as dancers and express their passion.
Outside of my family, I work full time as a Cat Scan Technologist at MGH and Dana Farber. Like many, I understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for yourself amidst a busy life. I’ve always had an interest in fitness and enjoyed taking fitness classes. I’ve always believed in the power of movement. In 2011, I discovered Barre, and after just one class, I was hooked. It helped me reconnect with my body after having my girls, and I knew immediately I wanted to teach it. It took years for me to find the courage to step out of my comfort zone and audition to become an instructor, but I’m so grateful I did—it truly changed my life. Sharing this passion with others lights me up.
I began teaching Barre and soon found my way to Pilates. I fell in love with the practice. Pilates challenged me in ways that kept me coming back, and my body craved the movement. More than just physical benefits, Pilates gave me a sense of peace and reduced my stress through mindful breathing and intentional body awareness.
The true healing powers of Pilates revealed itself when I faced an unexpected surgery. In late 2022, a routine shoulder x-ray uncovered an 8cm benign tumor in my humerus. It was a frightening experience. Fortunately, after the surgery, the tumor was removed, and I was left with a plate and screws in my arm. Thanks to physical therapy and Pilates, I regained full range of motion. Pilates played a pivotal role in my recovery, helping me regain strength, both physically and mentally.
It was during this time that I realized how powerful Pilates can be in the healing process. I knew then that I wanted to help others heal and feel empowered in their bodies through movement. There’s no better feeling when clients express how their core strength, balance and body awareness enable them to preform everyday tasks with greater ease and confidence—the benefits of Pilates are endless.
I have taken courses from Balanced Body in Boston and found a Comprehensive Training through BASI Education so I can learn all the ways you can experience and integrate this form of movement in your life. I’m passionate about exploring the connection between the body and mind through Pilates Movement. I’m committed to continuing education in this field, so I can keep growing and learning and share it all with you!
For years I have taught at studios in the north shore of Boston, and now, I’m thrilled to take the next step and open my own space to share my passion for Pilates!
My mission is simple: to help you feel better in your body than you ever thought possible. Whether you’re regaining strength after a health setback, recovering from cancer treatments, or simply wanting to move and feel good, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll push past mental and physical barriers and build the confidence and strength that will carry you forward ensuring safety and proper form. I’m here to guide you every step of the way to allow you to enjoy the value of this movement therapy.
At the end of our sessions, I want you to walk away feeling empowered, strong, and excited about what your body is capable of achieving.
